EURETINA 2021 will take place on the 10-12 September
We are delighted to announce that the submission process for both Instructional Courses and Symposia is now open for EURETINA 2021, due to take place on the 10-12 September.
You can then make your submission here at the official EURETINA website.
The deadline for receipt of abstracts is Monday 18th January 2021, after which they will undergo formal review. You will be informed in late Spring if your submission has been approved for inclusion in the programme and your proposed speakers will be formally invited. Once again, Society membership is required prior to submitting a proposal. To become a member or to check if your membership is valid please go to this link.
Please note that, while there has been no definitive decision on the format of next year's Congress, we are planning the programme around a virtual model - meaning that sessions will be kept to the shorter 45-minute duration, as last year. Symposia and Courses should ideally include 5-6 speakers, and must allow a minimum of 15 minutes for live discussion either during or at the end of the session.
In the case of a virtual meeting, presentations will be pre-recorded (via audio narrate in your own time, if preferred), with discussion taking place live, as last year. Details on exact scheduling will be confirmed at a later stage and, in the case of a virtual meeting, time zones will be taken into account where possible, so we encourage you to make your symposia/courses as international as possible.
Should you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected].
Kind Regards,
