Uploading to Google Photos

Instructions for uploading photos or videos to the Google Photos service

  1. Sign in to your Google Account
    If you already have a Google account, sign in at https://www.google. com. If you don't have an account yet, sign up.
  2. Open Google Photos with this linkhttps:// photos.google.com/
  3. Upload photos or videos
    Add photos or videos to Google Photos by clicking the "Upload" or by simply dragging files from your computer to the browser window.
  4. Organize your photos (optional)
    If you want to organize your photos or videos into albums, create a new album or use existing ones. To do this, click "Create album" and add photos or videos to it.
  5. Give access to the album
    To share your album with other users, you can do it as follows: Select the album you want to share and click on the "Share" (usually this is the icon with three dots or a chain).
  6. Select access options
    You can choose to whom and how the album will be available:
    "General access" – access by link, access for all Internet users.
    "Restricted Access" – access only by invitation, only for selected users.
  7. Provide an email address
    If you chose "Limited access", please specify the email addresses or names of Google users who will have access to your album.
  8. Set access level
    You can choose the level of access: "View only", "Add photos or videos"; or "Edit".
  9. Send invitation
    Click "Send Invitation" or "Send Invitation". Invited users will be notified of access and will be able to view or edit your photos or videos in the album.

 

Done! You've now uploaded your photos or videos to Google Photos and given them access based on your preferences.
